Cellulite Exercise is the best solution fat elimination

One cellulite exercise that can help with this particular problem is by lying on your side. Of course you are not going to be lying there doing nothing. Now place both knees bent in front of you at a 90 degree angle. You will then straighten your top leg and lift it up about three feet above the ground and slowly bring it back down. Do this 10 times on each side before you move on. Once you have done that, place both legs out straight on top of each other and incline your hips forward slightly while raising the top leg for 10 reps. Turn to the opposite side for another 10.

As for the next set of exercises, you will do to do it on your elbows and knees. First raise your leg and extend it up toward the ceiling straight and back down before switching to the opposite leg. You will need to repeat such movement 10 times each.

Next, try to lift your knee and extend your heel toward the ceiling, and remember to keep your knee bent. Slowly press each leg up 10 times. As with any basic cellulite exercises, you will need a nutritious diet to enhance the overall result. You can integrate some other cardio and weight training exercises and exercise your cellulite away for good.
